Beautensa – Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We want every Beautensa order to reach you perfectly. But if something goes wrong, we’ve got you. Here’s everything you need to know about how we handle returns, refunds, and exchanges, explained simply with no fine print surprises.

One thing to note upfront: we do not offer direct replacements. If an issue is confirmed, we will resolve it through a store voucher or refund depending on the situation.

Something arrived damaged, wrong, or missing?

If your order arrived damaged, broken, leaked, incorrect, or with something missing, please get in touch with us within 24 hours of receiving it. We know that sounds quick, so we recommend opening and checking your parcel as soon as it arrives.

After 24 hours, unfortunately we are unable to process these types of complaints.

How to raise a complaint

Just contact our support team and share the following:

  • A clear photo of the Order Invoice sitting on top of the parcel (this is required)
  • Photos of the product and packaging
  • An unboxing video if you have one (this helps us resolve things faster)

What happens next

Once we receive your complaint, our team will review it within 48 hours. If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup through our courier partner to collect the item from you.

The product needs to come back unused and untouched, in its original condition, with all seals, tags, packaging, and accessories as received. If the item comes back used or tampered with, we may not be able to process the claim.

How we resolve it

  • If your item was damaged, leaked, or incorrect, we will issue a Beautensa store voucher. The voucher value depends on the specific case.
  • If an item was missing from your order, we will review our warehouse footage. If confirmed missing, a voucher for the full item value will be issued. If footage shows the order was packed correctly, the case will be considered final.

Your voucher will be added as store credit to use on your next order. For electrical and grooming devices, these fall under Beautensa’s product warranty and will be sent for assessment.

Changed your mind?

That is okay. You can return it as long as it has not been opened or used, with all seals and packaging completely intact. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange. A Rs. 200 handling fee applies, either deducted from your refund or collected at delivery for an exchange.

Paid for something that is out of stock?

We will refund you in full, straight to your bank account. Our team will reach out to collect your details and process it within 48 to 72 hours.
